this course has been beneficial to me as non specialist teacher

The From Farm to Fork seminar was a very interesting, informative, and well-organized learning experience. It provided valuable knowledge about the journey of food from production to consumption and highlighted the importance of sustainability, food quality, safety, and responsible practices throughout the food chain.

This course explores the complexities of sustainable food systems for the UK and builds the considerations and actions that all professionals in the UK need to take on board in their personal and professional lives to help reduce the environmental impact of the diets that we consume.
